  I loved the location of this hotel, and the fact that we didn't have to go far to find places to eat.

  I didn't like the showers and the mattresses appeared to have seen better days. That being siad, I would stay here again just for the location.

  it was a disaster trip for me. complete con .. i thought i would see the waterfalls closer as shown in the brochure but it is not true. i spent alot for the view and was dissappointed

  The staff was very friendly, the rooms view from our room was very nice, watching the sunrise over the falls was spectacular!

  My wife and I did not appreciate the people running and partying on the second floor at 3;00 am in the morning. It woke us both up and could not get back to sleep. Also for the price I would have expected WiFi in the room at no extra cost !!

  Can't beat the veiw! Found the gerneral cleanliness was good as well as the location to some of the city hot spots.

  The "gym" consisted of 3 old pieces of equipment, the hottub was old and uncomfortable. The TV's in the room were extremely outdated and there were only approx. 15 local channels available.

  The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was excellent. The staff answered the call in timely fashion (ie: extra pillows)

  Very deceiving from the photos provided. The rooms that we received were located in the very old part of the hotel , which used to be a motel style rooms. The photos on your web site are only of the main tower of the hotel and do not illustrate the option of the motel version. The roof leaked during our stay and the staff provided us with a bucket to catch the water , which was poring over electrical wires. The rooms has a very musty smell to them. The carpet in the entire hallway, looked like it has not been clean in a very long time. There was stains on top of stains. We stayed on the second floor of the (motel), in each of our four rooms that we have rented, not one had a screen or method of preventing children from falling out.
